Our banknote return policy is rooted in our deep expertise as numismatic specialists, designed to provide the global collecting community with complete confidence. We stand unconditionally behind the authenticity, grade, and historical integrity of every item we curate. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where an acquisition does not perfectly align with your portfolio.

Because the physical condition of rare paper money is incredibly delicate, and even slight mishandling can permanently alter a note’s grade, we maintain a strict 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please review our precise condition requirements and inspection procedures below to qualify for a refund.

Eligibility & Condition Requirements

To qualify for a banknote refund, strict preservation standards must be met

Raw (Ungraded) Banknotes

Raw banknotes must be returned in the same condition as received, in their original archival mylar sleeves, with no new handling marks or folds.

Third-Party Graded Banknotes

PMG and PCGS slabs must remain entirely intact and undamaged. The encapsulation must not be cracked, tampered with, or opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Immediate resolution for shipping errors or transit damage

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item arrives with visible damage from the shipping carrier, or if you received an incorrect item different from your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide clear, high-resolution photographs of the item and the original packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a swift resolution in accordance with our banknote return policy, and claims will be processed via the shipping carrier’s compensation guidelines where applicable.

Return Shipping & Processing

How to initiate your return and receive your refund

1. Initiation & Return Shipping Costs

Contact us to initiate a return. The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an incorrect item being sent. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Secure Dispatch

Returned items must be shipped securely using rigid boards, just as they were received. We heavily advise using international registered mail or a trackable courier service as outlined in our banknote shipping policy, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.

3. Inspection & Refund Issuance

Once we receive your returned parcel, our specialists will inspect the item to verify its condition. Upon confirmation, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
